STARBRIGHT RETREAT RATES

The rental rate is $1250/week in-season and $950/week off-season (October until March) plus tax. Monthly rentals are available during the off-season at $2300/month plus tax.
We require a deposit of $350 to confirm a reservation, all of which will be refunded if the house is left in good condition and there are no phone charges (domestic calls are free). There is a cleaning fee of $125, which will be added to all rentals, regardless of length of stay.
Nightly rentals are also available from October to March at $200/night, with a three-night minimum, except on holidays.
Starbright Retreat is pet friendly, so feel free to bring your well behaved dog(s). We will except 2 dogs. We do require a $100 non-refundable pet fee for all pet stays.
